Made-to-Order Jewellery

Most of our pieces are made to order, meaning they are crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and minimise unnecessary waste.

Production timelines will be confirmed at the time of order, but if you have any questions or a specific deadline in mind, please don’t hesitate to get in touch before purchasing.

Dubai & UAE Deliveries

  • Orders within Dubai and the wider UAE are delivered within 7–9 working days once your piece is completed and ready for dispatch.

  • All UAE orders are shipped via trusted, insured courier services to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

International Deliveries

We are happy to accept international orders.

At present, we are continuing to refine our international logistics to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our customers worldwide. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside the UAE, please get in touch with us directly before or after placing your order.

We will:

  • Arrange international shipping for you personally

  • Confirm timelines and costs upfront

  • Ensure your piece is fully insured in transit

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our prices and are set by local authorities.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

For bespoke, personalised, or custom-made jewellery, production and shipping timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design and materials sourced.

We will always keep you informed throughout the process and confirm estimated delivery dates directly with you.

Please note that bespoke pieces are crafted exclusively for you and therefore may not be eligible for returns.
